Custom Ink needs to do a better job with its website. It's difficult to get information from it. On the other hand, my local in store rep was very helpful. I now know to go directly to her the next time I need screen printing.

Pretty sure the whole order was perfect. Highly recommend either using their chat service or a live agent to assist with detailed or more complicated orders. one of the best companies I have ever deal with.....ever! I am 68 years old, so I have dealt with a lot of companies. It's great to talk to someone on the phone that cares about "getting it right". And they did! and the constant email updates were great while on the phone with the company rep.
