I think that your customer service is incredible, and I received the backpacks earlier than expected. Custom Ink makes my job easier.

The purple backpacks I needed, that matched the rest of the team, were not is stock online. I emailed Adam Markley and he was able to get some in for us, saving the day.

The backpacks that we ordered for our company turned out great. They have a solid amount of space for storage, and the material quality of the backpacks are very high. The design came out very well, and looks as expected, and the lead time to turnaround the final production was very quick. We are quite pleased with our purchase and would definitely order from Custom Ink again.

Your entire Custom Ink Team were phenomenal from beginning to end, providing world class service, quality, and all 3 items (12 Oakley backpacks, 19 Carhartt Hats, 19 shirts) arrived when promised ! The embroidery and screen printing were high quality too with the logo we provided. The design team were also helpful with customizing the logo. We needed 325 backpacks, 20 oz. cups, frisbees, and t-shirts for gift bags for our Tent Revival. A daunting task to be sure with so many items put in at once, but Custom Ink prevailed! They got all the products out in plenty of time to pack them all together. A repeat customer for life!!

The logo did not turn out perfectly, the color was a bit off, but JD notified me of the issue before the backpacks arrived and Mindy was very helpful and offered to look into getting new backpacks. The issue was honestly very small so I did not feel this was necessary, but it shows the high quality of customer service.

Very accommodating and helpful. It was the first time doing anything h with our school logo on products. The backpacks turned out great and lol like wonderful quality.
