I called customer service to see if I could order another in a larger size. The woman I talked to was EXTREMELY supportive and helpful and said I wouldn't have to pay. I ended up ordering a 5X which was way too large. She said I could get smaller size without charge but I decided no' tot do that.. Because She was so nice I order a tank for my son. I had a lot of trouble ordering on the website and had to call again. It is perfect. I went on line to order 1 polo but will have to call again. I cannot find what I need on your website. It would be great to be able to type in your search bar what you need and not have to call. Below I am putting Great, but would give Customer Service WOW WOW WOW.

Your customer service is amazing. I loved you guys when I did the t-shirts, so I knew for SURE to come back for the hoodies. I must be a tough customer, but you have set the bar. Whatever issue there may be, you are all working hard to make it right. Even though it requires a bit of back and forth, the end result is always worth the extra trouble and patience. Customink is always working to make sure there will be no surprises, and even surprises occur, there is always a way to come up with a solution. Their attention to detail and high standards is what makes them very special, not to mention any money saving technique they might have- which is extremely helpful when raising money for charity. Overall, it is great doing business with them.

Your customer service is bar-none the best I've ever dealt with. The fact that there was no Menu IVR and a person picked up almost immediately was a huge PLUS. Both representatives were extremely polite, professional and empathetic. Very satisfied and wish more companies took your lead.

I've dealt with a lot of vendors for this bat mitzvah and custom ink was by far the easiest and most accommodating! Customer service was outstanding. When I needed to add more shirts last minute to my order they took care of it. I was informed (of my order details) every step of the way by text and email.

This is the second time I have placed an order with CustomInk. My first order only two months ago. The shirts I had ordered most recently were in memory of my husband. He was killed 2 1/2 months ago in an accident. We were walking in his memory for the Iowa Donor Network. CustomInk personally emailed me and asked if they could make a donation towards our tribute to him through the Iowa Donor Network. AND.... they made a donation in his memory. THANK YOU!!
