I was delighted to find out that Custom Ink now has physical stores and even more delighted to find out how willing to help the in store representatives were. My rep at the store outside of Boston (James Goldmann) was amazing. Not only did he work through all the details with me and add all my specifications to the order, he also reached out to me to follow up after.

Everyone was incredible. Alex Pabon at the Back Bay, Boston location went through everything tirelessly until a decision was made. Also, all three customer service employees via chat were very helpful. (Special shoutout to Ravyn on the Chat team!) Everything arrived on time, everyone was too kind, and the shirts looked great on everyon!

Today was the first chance I've had to wear my shirt to work. My Boston very proud that I took the initiative to put something with his logo on it we are considering ordering more for the rest of the crew.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. The service was exceptional, and the t-shirts are honestly beautiful. Five days before my mother's retirement I decided I absolutely needed to make t-shirts for the event. I had no idea how to make this happen. I struggled on a competitors website for 8+ hours trying to design a shirt (I am a surgeon, designing shirts is not in my skillset!), and then only at the end of the process found out they couldn't deliver the shirts as quickly as they had promised. I was crushed. So I found the custom ink website by chance - and started a chat with SCOTT R. In a matter of truly minutes he was able to replicate the exact design (and made it better). He then was able to help me coordinate the shirts that I wanted (I wanted a baby, toddler and multiple adult shirts all in the same color, but with slightly different designs). He then tried to have the shirts made, but we ran in to an issue with the short turn around. He reached out to multiple stores to help see if he could make it happen, but alas, he was concerned that it might not work. He encouraged me to call my local store and then gave me their contact information. I then called the Braintree store in Massachusetts (I'm in Boston). And I spoke with TOBI, and he was fabulous. He wasn't able to do in-store printing, and it would have been easy for him to say my dreams were impossible. However, he was creative and wanted to make this happen. I told him I needed the shirts to get to Pittsburgh for the retirement party. He thought that I might be able to call the closest store to Pittsburgh and see if they could do in store printing and ship the shirts more quickly. He then called ahead to the Kind of Prussia store, and then connected me. At the King of Prussia store I spoke with RENEE. I cannot say enough incredible things about her. She listened to my story, and it soon became clear that if anyone could make this happen, she could. She took the design and with a few modifications she was able to turn it around that night! She immediately set to work, and sent me multiple drafts over the next 1-2 hours. We perfected both designs, and she was willing to mail the shirts out that night! And then, right before they were set to mail, I wanted to make a last minute change. I sent an email, and HANNAH immediately called me back. She was absolutely lovely. She wasn't frustrated or short with me about the change, but rather truly wanted it to be exactly right. The change was made in a matter of minutes and the shirts shipped. I love this company. I will order t-Shirts for every event from this company for the rest of my life. I will tell all my friends. This is the first online review I've ever written about anything. CUSTOM INK is an amazing company and I am so grateful to them!

Custom Ink is a first-rate organization. I have been extremely impressed with the competency of their team and the quality of their finished product. As a former CEO and Creative Director of a Boston area brand design firm for 30+ years, I can tell you that I am not easy to impress. Hats off to Custom Ink for doing so!

I just lost one of my Furbabies BOSTON and I don’t want him to ever be forgotten. I may order another one with a different picture. I am very pleased with my shirt.

I love Custom Ink. I fundraise for Little Wanderers NYC, and we use your platform for our fundraising items. It is very easy to use, and my contact, Enigma, is nothing short of amazing. When we had the idea to surprise our office with a Sherlock Holmes themed scavenger hunt at the Museum of Fine Arts (I am Boston, MA based), and do a sweatshirt to enhance the experience, I knew just the place to go. We are Core Investments Inc: (smiley face with the C in Inc), and one of our major projects is On The Dot. We were able to incorporate a little Sherlock Holmes, and our logos, to create a shirt that matches who we are. Our Core logo has the American Flag, which is why I went for the sweatshirt with the white and navy stripes on the cuffs. It was easy to design, and easy to order.

Absolutley love the hats! Not only do they look super good, but they are incredibly warm and will be great for my team going into our Boston winter!! Thanks custom ink!
