Lauren Whitacre was awesome to work with. She constantly kept in touch with me about designs and always responded to me quickly. She knew I was short on time to get the hats, and they arrived even sooner than they were supposed to. Zach in the design department was wonderful as well. Any staff member I've worked with or talked to from your company has been amazing, which is something you just don't run into these days. Disappointed this time due to receiving 29 sweatshirts with the wrong ink color. Last 2 times were perfect. Customer service has always been perfect as well. Not sure what happened this time.

I really like the website. The only issue I had was trying to make the font thicker. It would have been nice to have a "bold" option. Instead to get the thickness I wanted I had to add and outline to the text but make it the color.

I am really happy with the results. The quality of the t shirt itself was a pleasant surprise. Customer service contacted me with concerns about the quality of my custom downloaded image. Which was also nice. The Photoshop image however transferred perfectly to the t shirt as it was. The end result was a perfect reproduction of how I set it up on the website. This was a trial run for me and I was definitely pleased with the results. The price is right for custom one off t shirts. In fact the price and quality is much better than many other novelty t-shirts I have bought online.

I appreciated the fact that CustomInk's artists, upon recognizing that the color of the sweatshirt matched one of my design's colors, followed up and changed my charge to only include one color. The customer service was great. A woman called immediately after order was placed to check on a possible spelling error. She also suggested a different color for the outline on the lettering as it would have been not noticeable, so appreciated the feedback! The express shipping option was also great as I got my tees in 4 days! Thank you!

Very impressed with the customer service - noted that we didn't need a 3rd color due to our sweatshirt color being red and gave a $39 credit. Also very happy they worked with me so quickly and with so much information to receive the proper release for the use of the logo. And still got them to us in the 1-week express shipping we asked for!

I had a great experience working with CustomInk! They have great pre-loaded images, color options, etc. When I had a problem, the customer service rep was so pleasant to chat with and helped me resolve my issue quickly and also talked me through the process of what to expect for the rest of my order. The only thing I wish I had known was that there is a designed assigned to every order who will go in and double check the alignment of everything so you don't have to worry about making sure everything is centered in your design on the webpage. Lastly, they gave a very quick turn around to have my design approved even though it was over a holiday weekend, and my order arrived a week before the guaranteed delivery. I'm very pleased with the whole experience!

Customer Service is the best I've ever dealt with, with the possible exception of USAA. Excellent, excellent customer service! Product was heavier than I expected and that's a good thing. Color (red) was not as vivid as I expected but the overall print and material quality was top notch.
