The color of the shirts is great, and I enjoyed the ease of the designing and editing process. However, the shirts run extremely large so neither of the sizes I ordered are going to be a good fit for the intended recipients, so I feel like I just wasted $50.

I made my recent shirt with a a color that clashed with the writing and a technician called to assist me with it. Was a very nice gesture and will definitely give me reason to keep ordering from you. I was very happy with the t-shirt and would order again. The picture resolution was very good. They recommended ordering a size larger because the shirts run small. I don't think they do, but better too big than too small.

The shirt wasn't as soft as I had hoped, and the printing on the front of the shirt isn't thick enough, so some of the blue color of the tshirt shows through the white lettering.

I originally made an error with font outline color and contacted a service rep [do not recall his name] via your CS Chat option. He made the correction right away. I only have one suggestion. Given the option, I would have purchased all sweatshirts, even in the smaller sizes. However, for some reason the color options are not there for the youth sized sweatshirts, that are available in the adult sizes. I bought these for my grandchildren. The oldest three loved them. The fourth was a little concerned that Santa might not like their shirts. They had their "Santa picture" made wearing them. The colors photographed really well.

Got just what I wanted! Color and design appear exactly as they did onscreen. My only complaint is that one of the packages arrived later than it was supposed to. Other than that, everything was great!

I purchased 3 colors for my T-Shirt, and someone from CI reached out to same me a few bucks. Turns out since one of the colors was the same as the T-Shirt color, it wasn't needed. Additionally, the shirts showed up a day early - bonus!

It was great that they called to make sure I intentionally spelled a word wrong. These people really care about getting it write! However, the color was a bit different on the shirt than it was online.
