My experience at Henry's Custom Ink shop (located in the Domain, ATX) was stellar! He knew all of the right information and was able to answer all of my questions. We worked together to ensure the final product came out in a way where my logo is visible and pops really well against the color of the shirt. Would highly recommend Henry and his team again!

Henry's guidance and help was very insightful! He helped me choose the right color flood, reverse white my logo (for best visual outcome) and did not pressure me into any decisions I was uncomfortable with.

The color did not meet our expectations. Though we know that screens can't always accurately depict colors, the color we received was significantly different.

This was awful. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from their team. I sent in a logo, but there were issues regarding branding afterwards. There was no communication about what would happen next, whether it went through or not. In addition, I reached out online and through phone because no one reached out to me after the switch. Therefore, I switched the logo so it wouldn't be associated with the university, and I emailed them the switch to decrease our color use. I got a reply that the last one I sent would be used. Now that I received the order, the color isn't right. The customer service team was not professional and didn't seem knowledgeable. Second, the artwork is double transferred. I am honestly disappointed. Once I reached out, I thought everything would work out perfectly, only to find out the color is not the one we sent.

I am so happy with the quality and depth of color on the shirts I ordered. I customized for a relay team with different names for each part of the triathlon and they looked great. I was very diligent about the sizing and ordered M's which were well within the range for measurements (I often wear a small). They were extremely tight throughout. I reordered L's and received a discount which was helpful. I was really disappointed to have to do that when I was so careful about size in the first place. I would say sizes definitely run small. But I am extremely happy with the overall outcome.

Ordering shirts from Custom Ink was so easy.... all ordering was done via website, with follow up emails and via CHAT. The custom logos were adjusted for best size and color, and precisely placed. The shirts were shipped and delivered as promised. Ordering additional shirts was VERY easy via CHAT. Thank you for making this a great shopping experience.

Very happy with the color, screen printing, and sizing of the shirts. They also arrived earlier than expected which was well recieved.

Easy design interface with lots of options. Including shirt style and color. I’d like to see more options for smaller polo minimum Batches.

I have been regularly ordering shirts for several years for an event that I help organize. Before I could even get on the website this year, a Custom Ink employee (Hollie!) reached out to me to ask if I needed any help getting our order together. I had our artwork already, and Hollie was able to show me t-shirt options in the color we were planning to use. She basically did everything for me. All I had to do was pay! It was an amazing experience. I have ordered from other t-shirt places before, but I have never been disappointed in any aspect of the Custom Ink ordering process or end product. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Loved the ability to change the background color or make it transparent behind my image. This is what pushed me over the edge for using this website!

Website is easy to navigate and fun to work with. Print quality was lacking though. Could have used more passes of color laydown. Fear the printing won't last through many washes before it loses color strength.

As always I am absolutely blown away with the level of service and quality of product. We have had several fairly complex last minute orders with Custom Ink and every time, I am nothing but happy with the end result. My only small grievances lie with the consistency of the products themselves which is something Custom Ink has no control over. The Shirts we used this time were the same as the ones we used last time, and this time I noted the arm holes on the men's larges are a bit more snug than the batch from last time. The women's shirts run smaller than listed, and the 2xl fits a bit more like a Large, which again the company has no control over. Aside from that, the only other "issue" I had is that I really would've liked the back logo to be a bit larger, which again is primarily an us problem and not a custom ink problem. Our logo is rectangle and the one last time was more square so it sits differently and appears to be smaller even though the sizing seems to be comparable. The only suggestion I have here is that it would've been nice for the folks at the custom ink design department to say hey, this is going to look a little different than the other one did you want to change the sizing? Especially considering that I referenced the sizing and placement of the previous order specifically several times in the design process. But honestly, I really appreciate everything, and I know our orders have been last minute and all of that into account, you guys are seriously awesome and your products are always top notch right along with your customer service. You are the only company we go to for printed items for this reason.

Basic color match issue. Two order ordered at the same time with same color has one of them in different color.

I really had a great experience. I don’t like boxey(sp?) T-shirts and this blend was perfect. I wish I could try another style to see if I liked it before ordering since there are more color choices than the 90/10 mix. The shirts turned out amazing and while I am not a huge customer, I would definitely order from here again and will recommend you to others.
