I ordered 36 tumblers, but only received 35. That left a member of our team without a commemorative gift for qualifying for the NCAA championships. Your customer service department could not help with sending a replacement, and would only refund the item I didn't receive. And because my original item choice could not have a college logo printed on it (with no info on the website to tell me that I could not print college logos on it), I lost valuable time. I could have gone with a different vendor that had our logo prepapproved. I won't be using or recommending CustomInk in the future. This process was horrible and left me short with no time to fix it.

Nearly half of my orders with custom ink have resulted in a logo that is off center, crooked, or has a clear rectangular mark from the press. I expected much higher quality from such a big company. I usually order rush delivery because I am placing a small order as a gift for someone, but when the product comes out poorly, I can't gift it so I am basicallyy throwing money out by paying for rush deliver. I continue ordering from them because I like the hanes products they offer, but I will have to find somewhere else that offers the same products

Beyond satisfied! This shirt replaced a worn out gift with extreme emotional attachment. Company went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with results by letting me know my initial photo would not print well due to fading color. 100% satisfied!

After numerous attempts to get my order correct, three prints later and still not satisfied with the overall result. I will say that the customer service representatives were very responsive and helpful, but there was an obvious disconnect when it came to resolution from the conversations had via email to the actual physical printing of my order. After several mistakes I felt that it was unresolvable and to continue any farther with reprints and refunds would look bad on me and my brand to my customers. I want the quality of promotional products to match the quality I want to perceive my business as. From what I received from custom ink it was not a good match to represent my business. Even the items I received from a reimbursement gift certificate were of poor quality. I will never be doing business with custom Inc again.

Great experience! I found the user interface easy to navigate. The filters available to narrow down product selection as well as the tools provided to customize my design made it easy to make the item I wanted in a way that made sense to me. Ordering one shirt is on the pricier side of reasonable, but still worked for my budget and in my opinion was totally worth it! The shirt was a gift and the person who received it said it was "an instant new favorite". I would order from Custom Ink again, especially if I needed a larger quantity of shirts. I did not require any customer service.
