I found it odd that CustomInk needed approval for me to print our local hockey leagues logo on a baby onesie and it took a couple extra days for me to get proper approval on my end from having to do so and people not responding in a timely manner back to me. The onesie looks really cute and I'm happy with it. Not sure the 12 months size is a true 12 month? It looks a little small to me.

Shirts were great, colours came out perfect, just as they were on the site, and the screen printing looks great. These jerseys will serve well for our outdoor warm weather ball hockey season this year.

I originally tried to go with your competition. There was a slight problem with the order, and I replied to them within 1 hour of their early morning notice. I went on to contact them 4 more times, trying to get them to tell me what the precise problem was. No response from them at all. None - zilch. Finally 4 days later they came back to me, explaining the problem which would have been a simple fix. However, 4 days later also made the delivery late, I would have missed my sons birthday. I suggested they admit their mistake in such a long delayed response, and suggested they make it an urgent order free of EXTRA charge, or cancel my order. Note that it still was a +$50 order for a single hoodie. Rather than rush it for me, they chose to cancel my order. Fine, their choice. I came to Custom Ink then, made a comparable order, a single hoodie printed with text and graphics on both front and back, with rush handling since the competitor now messed up my entire plan. Custom Ink delivered my order several days in advance of what I needed, and in perfect shape. I couldn't be more satisfied. And get this, the price with the rush delivery was still less than what the competitor charged for normal delivery. Great job Custom Ink! You've earned a repeat customer along with recommendations for all my friends and peers running baseball and hockey leagues!

I can’t believe how much i lucked out!!!! We needed shirts made ASAP and a group of parents were paying for the shirts and many refused to pay for the rush fees so i was stuck!! Luckily i called custom ink in the kop mall and they said they could make the shirts that same day!!! Renee was AMAZING!!! She designed the shirts and sent me proofs within the hour. I got the shirts the next day, in time for the boys hockey game. Happy parents that didn’t have to pay a rush fee and happy kids that had shirts for the first game!!! Thank you custom ink kop

I’ve used custom ink for a few years ordering team shirts for my hockey team. It’s always very easy, and they respond quickly. Order has always arrived early.

The ordering process with Custom Ink was very user-friendly and we were easily able to order our entire field hockey team personalized sweatshirts for their big game. This was my first order placed with Custom Ink, but I have been getting one of their sport-tek shirts every year for our hockey league. The shirts have always been great, but I never expected the ordering process to be so very fast, helpful, and professional. There was a possibility that the team logo would not fit properly on the one youth sized shirt of our order based on about a dozen adult sized shirts, but after a quick call I learned that there would be no problem. The speedy mock-up and sign-off process went smoothly and my team will be matching for our upcoming game.

We loved the t-shirts we received. We made t-shirts to celebrate our son’s hockey team’s performance this year. Everyone commented on the high quality of the t-shirts and screen printing. I was really excited to order a shirt with my son's personal hockey logo. However, the shirt arrived smaller than expected (even though I based it on the sizing chart online). The quality of the shirt and the logo were okay. I was hoping for better quality but in the end, my son thought it was pretty cool to have his own custom t-shirt.
