I inadvertently forgot to put an apostrophe in the word Presidents and my wife being a LA teacher pointed it out to me. I seem to remember the last time I ordered a couple of years ago, I was asked to verify everything before printing, so I maybe would have caught it. So if that was a practice you used in the past, I would bring it back. It was my fault, I’m happy with the job you did, which was what I asked for. Fortunately everyone isn’t a language arts teacher so hopefully it will go unnoticed. Thank you.

Overall I was satisfied with our order of 200 shirts for our upcoming Arts Festival. The shirt quality was high and the design looks really nice against the colors we picked. The screen ink isn't completely opaque but still presents the design well. Would recommend.

Designs and clip arts are fun. The quality of the actual printing came out really great. 10 Stars for that But .... I expected more of their fabric quality. The T-shirts are O.K., but feel a bit thin. Not at all "Old School Quality" Fabric Quality: 3 Stars

I have been using Custom Ink for many years. I love that your Customer Service is so awesome. I have checked other places and found that others had nowhere near the selection of graphic arts and products.

Service and speed are great. Color quality are not. As an arts project, this did not work for us and we sadly had to get rid of the tees.

I have used custom ink for MANY fundraisers for the 2 dog rescues that I volunteer for. Overall we have been satisfied with the results. However, sometimes the arts team struggles with the designs. I think you need some people that are EXCELLENT at the graphics part. Also, when I finally have a rep that I enjoy working with and create a relationship with them, they leave and I have to start all over. Maybe you guys should pay them more so they stay????

I had a concept combing 2 different clip arts. Custom Ink was very helpful and made it easy to create this unique design.

I love Custom Ink. I fundraise for Little Wanderers NYC, and we use your platform for our fundraising items. It is very easy to use, and my contact, Enigma, is nothing short of amazing. When we had the idea to surprise our office with a Sherlock Holmes themed scavenger hunt at the Museum of Fine Arts (I am Boston, MA based), and do a sweatshirt to enhance the experience, I knew just the place to go. We are Core Investments Inc: (smiley face with the C in Inc), and one of our major projects is On The Dot. We were able to incorporate a little Sherlock Holmes, and our logos, to create a shirt that matches who we are. Our Core logo has the American Flag, which is why I went for the sweatshirt with the white and navy stripes on the cuffs. It was easy to design, and easy to order.

Ordering was easy; good website tools, fonts, arts, etc. T-shirt quality no what I expected (and I do have other Gildan T-shirts so I know their quality). Plus some of the t-shirt tags were burnt in the printing process - something I would expect the quality control to catch (not a big deal, but I'll have to cut them off prior to wear). Also the printing quality was no 100% - some bold letters ink were not fully "solid" into the fabric. Overall they're OK, but I expected better results.
