Nicole in Cust Service was awesome!!! We would have appreciated an opportunity to see a proof but understand that wasn't possible due to the # of shirts we ordered. Based on that, I would have made a few changes to make the shirt what we wanted, exactly. Overall, 8/10

Designing our T shirt was a breeze. Lots of fonts and logos to choose from. Also like that you have options of one or more items.

My husband fell in love with an art sketch that our son did and insisted he wanted to put it on a shirt. The Custom Ink team was quick to send back a proof of what the art going on our shirts would look like. Everything looked great. The only reason I rated it a 6 instead of a 7 was because once the image was printed on the shirts it looked more grey than white. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My last two orders have had issue, last time was a few crooked prints which were rectified but this whole order has this streak issue. I rechecked the design to make sure I didn't miss something and there's no reason for there to be white ink warping one of the letters on the shirt.

I have purchased at least 10 or more shirts from Custom Ink over the years, this will be the last. I should have learned my lesson after my last experience, which was awful, re-done, and awful again. That one had a huge stain on it, twice. And it was crooked (the text). This one was also crooked, but I mean, it was CROOKED. No way you could even wear it, looks ridiculous. Not worth returning or complaining, I did that last time and got the same exact shirt with the same exact problem mailed to me twice, basically. Also, the shirts they use, zero consistency in the sizing. No way to know what you will be getting until it shows up. It's a shame, I loved the first few (5 or 6) things I created on Custom Ink, I still have them, and they are awesome. The last 3 or 4, a complete waste of money.

Ordering and designing is fine. The shirt is a gamble itself though. They come out boxy and can make you look bigger just by its shape.

as i mentioned…the front design with screen printing is pretty good. the back with the numbers however is low quality. the numbers feel cheap, one number was supposed to be 72 and was printed as 27, and the numbers themselves have defects too. i know these shirts will not last, which is disappointing given the $27 price tag per shirt. given the amount of money spent, i'm not satisfied with the overall product. the numbers on the back will absolutely not last. they appear cheap to me in both quality of the material they’re made out of - and the quality of work when creating them.

I am disappointed, but only in my own layout. Apparently I placed the art a bit too far down on the front of the shirt and it looks kind of dumb. Nothing Custom Ink did wrong! The shirt quality was good, printing was great, & production was fast!

There was a problem with the art that we created with the shirt. This was communicated with me, but the follow-up was poor. I believed the issue had been resolved, but I received several more emails that were confusing. In the end, we had to switch to rush shipping to receive our products in time for an even.t

This was my first time ordering from Custom Ink and I was a little nervous because I have only always ordered from a local vendor. I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to create our design. We tend to be partial to the Bella Canva t-shirt material so I was happy to find that brand and to have it offered in youth sizes all the way up to XX sizes. The prices also could not be beat. Communication along the way was impeccable and when the t-shirts arrived early it was a nice surprise. Thanks for giving us a great experience!

My only issue was that the unisex shirt option only has a male model. I designed a shirt for a women's event, and I had to show the council mock-ups of different designs. It was a bit more difficult to imagine the shirts on different women body types when there was only one model option. It would be beneficial in the future to have alternate model options representing both male and female.

This was my first experience with your store, and I couldn't be happier. Adam was welcoming, friendly, professional, and very patient in walking me through what was for me a first-time process of ordering a custom printed shirt. The result was perfect. The artwork came out beautifully, and my shirt arrived even sooner than expected. This was a little present to myself, and I really am thrilled with how it turned out and pleased with the entire experience.

I have never had a bad experience with custom ink. Make sure you are aware of the type of shirt, how it firs, and it's quality.

The shirt was not very soft at all, so I'm not sure how often it will be worn. The picture came out very cute, but we were disappointed there was an outline larger than the picture instead of just the picture and then the blue shirt showing. Undecided whether or not we will purchase from here again at this point in time.

This process was super easy and fun to design. The shirts looked perfect. The shirts themselves were a rough material which I do not love but we didn't have the budget for a shirt with better material so that's on us. The designs were rendered perfectly and they will be great for the me and my team when we host the Nurse's week breakfast at our hospital.
