We use Custom Ink every year for our sweatshirts for the 8th grade's class trip. They are always excellent quality and well made. We have had zero issues in over 10 years of using Custom Ink. Highly recommend.

Custom Ink was easy for me to reach if I had a question and the employees were ready and able to help with whatever I needed. I advise to not put black on a darker color of sweatshirt because did that with a pirate ship on a sweatshirt and t-shirt and you can barely see it. An employee informed me about this issue and I figured it would be fine but it is a little too dark so listen to them if there is a color issue. Overall Custom Ink worked well with me and had good customer service. They also delivered my sweatshirts and t-shorts early which was a plus.

I ordered sweatshirts for my team and had a reasonable projected arrival date. Our items arrived a week early and are of the best quality!

I had looked into multiple places to print my sweatshirts but they had the best pricing and easiest website to design on! I had a copyright issue on a design and the customer service people we so sweet and really responsive.

We usually have had good quality products delivered but this time we got cheap thin sweatshirts instead of the thick work sweatshirts we got on several other orders even though I ordered the exact same products. Very unhappy with quality & would like to be contacted for a refund or exchange of the sweatshirts we have always received

The logo looks amazing! I’m so glad I ordered my sweatshirts through you guys! I ordered a banner for $60 through vista print and it looks so grainy and I’m so embarrassed by it but they won’t refund me. Atleast we will look great at our event with our sweatshirts!
