The convenience of the company cannot be understated, and when they have made mistakes, they have fixed it every time. However, I have had less than positive customer service expeirences, and the need to enforce minimum order numbers for companies that order many design throughout the year is crazy. If you need a shirt replaced or you need an additional shirt after the first order, Good luck getting a fair rate.

Custom Ink was great! I especially appreciated the final proof before sending the rest of my order into print. I didn't run into any issues but I knew if I had, the customer service team would have been very attentive and available. I also really liked the final product and thought it looked exactly like the final proof I was sent. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again.
