I really like the "design your own" computer feature. I'm not artistically inclined, so it was wonderful to be able to change fonts, text shapes, images, and colors and then instantly see the results to help me choose my perfect design. My orders are federally tax-exempt, and it is refreshingly that your company doesn't make me wait for days or turn in a bunch of paperwork to make that happen. I've been ordering from you for more than five years, and will continue to do so.
