You were able to accommodate me with a very nice compromise on a difficult printing job. Your staff was understanding, quick, and well-informed. I particularly appreciate speaking to informed customer service reps ass opposed to navigating difficult phone trees and all that. I was restricted by the uploading and adjustment options for my image on the website; had to call to get my own image placed correctly. I live in Puerto Rico and for some reason your toll-free number wouldn't work from any phone I tried (called from my computer and it worked). Overall, great experience. Very fast shipping and good communication. Would recommend and/or do business with you in the future.
