When ordering custom t-shirts, the experience can be kind of frustrating and complicated. But not with CustomInk! Every single customer service rep that I talked to, whether it was in the design department or the accounting department, had such an energy and passion for being friendly and helpful and for helping me make the best t-shirt I could. I had a very small time-frame of 4 days from when I ordered to when I needed the shirts and CustomInk made the deadline in no time.. and with a smile! Any company that is as 'customer service' oriented as CustomInk, deserves EVERYONE's business! I will definitely use them the next time I need custom t-shirts! Two-thumbs waaaay up.

The entire process was very well organized. My questions were answered and followed up in a timely fashion, and delivered as promised. I especialy appreciated the sample shirts and being able to physically see the final outcome before the entire order was printed. Everything was great except the final completed order. I expected my shirts to look like the sample, however, all of them had VERY VISIBLE SEVERE DISCOLORATION /BLEEDING OR BURN LINES at the top of each shirt, and around the entire screenings front and back. It appeared that the press was TOO HOT, and whomever was responsible for the order did not check them for quality assurance while completing them. There also was a shirt that was totally destroyed with the residue from the printing press, so I was unable to give that one due to the severity of the damage. The expectaion of my final product was based on the great customer service I had received, and the beautiful sample shirt. Therefore, my expectation was for the same level of greatness. However, I was very disappointed and let down because my final product was destroyed by the sloppy work of the printing process. I would suggest more quaity assurance at this point in your process , so you do not sacrifice the hard work of your supporting team at the beginning of the process. If you final product doesn't produce what your customer expects, you compromise the possibility of a repeat customer.

The customer service was excellent. Although the website is very intuitive i learned that i couldn't combine different manufacturers on one form. They guided me before and after on how to provide both types to my group and maintain the quantity discount across both forms. That would be a feature that would be nice to have moving forward. Production and shipment were right on target. So happy.
