The website is hard to work with since it limits the shirt selection once a brand has been chosen but the customer service on the phone is awesome.

I have worked with local printers before and this is my first experience with CustomInk or any web-based design service. The customer service was outstanding (far better than the local shop). In addition to their prompt email responses (usually under 30 minutes), CustomInk answered my phone calls right away and the support staff were understanding and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from a company.

So I see that the delivery hasn't gone through and it's two days later. Obviously, I freak out and call CustomInk. Brooke Mikkelson answers the phone, and is immediately friendly and helpful. I find out my bank is the problem and must contact them. After two hours with my bank I give up and call back Custom Ink. Service was answered by Eddie Ruiz, who also did a great job. The next day, I was told to call back in for a status update, and Courtney Siegart began emailing me. Overall, fantastic experience: thank you Brooke, Eddie, and Courtney (you all deserve raises) :D

Great experience all around. The first batch of shirts was not up to our standards but the customer support quickly corrected the problem and made up for it. The shirts always arrived on time and high quality. The only complaint would be the custom ink logo inside the shirts, which makes our company shirts feel very cheap. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the process.
