Unbelievably accessible and responsive. LOVE the live chat option. LOVE the ability to track my shipment by simply clicking the link in your email message. Not clicking the link - and finding myself on the shipping company's home page ... navigating to the tracker page...entering my tracking number ... etc.... No. Click the link and there is your tracking information!

Ordering from CustomInk was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my professional career. The associate that was working with me, Jamie Allison, was terrible. To begin with, I was sent the completely wrong quote for my order. When I agreed to place the order with the given quote, I was then told that the quote was actually wrong, and the order would be $100 more expensive. After arguing my point, we eventually came to a compromise. The next problem arose when I was trying to finalize a design. I had sent Jamie everything she needed, and she claimed she would email me if there were any issues. After a few days, I realize that I haven't heard from her, and that I haven't paid for my order, so I give her a call. When I get Jamie on the phone, she notifies me that there were in fact problems with my artwork, and my order had not even been placed yet. This fully frustrates me as I was clearly told that I would be contacted in the event that there were any issues. Then Jamie tells me that the style of shorts I am printing on does not allow printing over the seam, another issue that was not earlier communicated. When I alter my design, Jamie then tells me that the cost will increase by yet another $100 because I have decided to print on both the left side and right side of the seam. Overall, there was a huge lack of communication on CustomInk's end, their associates are completely unprofessional, and I will never be ordering from this company ever again.
