Custom Ink ended up exceeding my expectations. I was initially hesitant due to the fact I had some issues connecting with Custom Ink's customer service online. I had questions regarding payment and the company's tax exempt form. But every customer service rep I spoke with was super kind and helpful! We are a nonprofit and as such needed to submit tax exempt forms before ordering. I had placed these and the same afternoon I unexpectedly had to start my maternity leave early.
