I feel that the website was very user friendly. I was able to try many different design ideas on different products before I chose my final piece, which was very helpful. I felt being able to design and then get quote was extremely beneficial. Also when I had a question on the design layout, i received and answer and modification idea that was exactly what i needed.

Bag was better quality then I expected, I wish there had been a better description, I did not realize it has a mesh bottom, not sure how well that part of the bag will hold up.
