My experience with CustomInk was nothing short of spectacular. I put in an order for twenty eight embroidered polos with a very short time-frame (during the holiday season) and they did a great job working with me to meet the deadline through a variety of hiccups (getting licensing, design tweaks, etc). Their customer service was very friendly an extremely knowledgeable, and conveniently works long hours. Again, after this experience I love CustomInk!

These guys are fantastic. Quality, quality, quality! And they truly care, which shows! You get what you pay for - not the cheapest, but in terms of quality and first class service, THEY CANNOT BE BEAT! If you heard them on the radio ad and are wondering if it is true good to be true - it's not - THEY ARE TOO GOOD AND ITS TRUE!

I was very pleased with the logo verification that took place after I placed the order. It took a tad longer to receive my order, but with the bad weather back East it wasn't a surprise. All-in-all I'm very pleased with CustomInk and will absolutely be making my future orders from their website.

Saving designs could be better. Being able to have an account in which to store and access your designs, rather than saving each change with a new name, would be nice.
