First the website was easy to use, it is set up the way I think. I'd rather design it myself, than to try to explain to a designer what I want, or what I want. Customer Relations was on top of the order all the way through the process. I would like to add that the Customer Relations Department is located in the USA, which means I was clearly understood, questions answered clearly and was a pleasant experience. The finished product was delivered eight days ahead of the projected delivery date. The original delivery date was very resonable. We are all completely satisfied with the finished product. The quaity of the merchandise is better than I antisapated. The Silk screening was exactly the way I requested in my special . When I first placed my order, I thought maybe the price is a bit high, however, after working with CustomInc, I've changed my mind. I got what I wanted, the way I wanted, before I had to have it, and the CSR people made it easy. What more could you ask for. I will do bisiness with you again.
