From start to finish the staff was exceptional and the delivery date as promised was kept. As mentioned above, my grandson's shirt was stained on the sleeve and slightly on the back. I think this may have been due to a prior printing of a decal to an item. We plan to take photos so I'm hoping the stain won't show. I am happy with the overall experience; however.
