I have worked with CustomInk for many years and it's always been over the top amazing and fast. So it was a disappointment this year to experience the long delays it took to receive our shirts. At this time, I am still waiting for my order, which should have been here last week. We are a few days away from the festival date and I am concerned it will not make it in time. Also sadly I have experienced some frustrations with the exchange rate, we are paying over $1500 just because the Canadian dollar is so low right now. It would be nice if CustomInk.ca would actually charge in CAD. And lastly, I was sadden to learn that items that were available to me last year (American Apparel 50\50 neon) was not available this year. We were looking at ordering the neon blue color for our festival, we had no issues ordering the neon green last year... Then we started designing baseball hats, and after a long time spent designing the perfect hat we learned these were not available in Canada. Thats as we are trying to order hundreds of them. So it has been a bizarre and stressful experience this year. Otherwise the service has been very good, I understand these are circumstances that are beyond what the staff could do. So thanks for all your help.

My experience was frustrating in that, aside from my comments above, each time I chatted with a person a new step was added. example, when I first called, I should have been told what steps would be needed to simplify my adventure rather than just answer my questions, inexperienced as I am at ordering on line. Each person I chatted with were very nice and helpful and helped me with my situation at that moment however I believe with more advice or more questions from them more calls could have been avoided. This is an awesome idea, shirts are nice and of good quality, service is excellent. With some tweaking of the website and a new way of dealing with customers, I would definitely order from Customink again. Thank you.
