I thought it was great. The speed was amazing. The only thing I would do differently next time is change the placement on the kids shirts. I had said that it would be fine to do all of the logo in the same place but it was low on the kids shirts. I would have been better off paying whatever charge there was to do the logo differently on those shirts. The material, the logo were all great. The helpful customer service when I chatted online was amazing how quick and helpful they were. The shirts were a last minute idea for our family to wear for our bull sale and we very much appreciate CustomInk for helping us with the process, the final product and the speed of service. I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing shirts.

Our overall experience was fantastic. The ability to view products with our logo on them in a variety of colors was invaluable and really influenced our decision in deciding to do business with CustomInk versus another customization company. Customer service was especially helpful in placing our product order since we had two colors of shirts in two styles with two different colors of the logo. They helped me sort through which colors/styles/sizes of each I wanted and then re-confirmed with me before placing the order so that no one was confused. The final product arrived three days before expected and it looked phenomenal; everyone at the office was impressed and loved the new shirts. We are really excited about these and that is partially due to the fantastic job that CustomInk did in producing the final product!

Fantastic experience - the customer service is top-notch and I liked that the representatives weren't afraid to give me their honest opinions about items I submitted. And, the free shipping is a huge plus.
