A great process all around. I especially had a great customer service call where he helped me with the changes that needed to be done for my clothes. I wish I could remember the guys name, he was very helpful. The interface was easy to use and create items.

I was not impressed with the quality of work from such a large company. The coloring came out with a yellow tint when it should have been an icy gray (meaning it should have more of a blue huebto it rather than yellow). I would find a different vendor for future orders.

Do not order from custom ink if you are on a timeline. They make promises and charge a fortune original sweatshirts cost me $26 each and the rush ones were $45 each) for rush order only to be let down and left to scramble with two days to find a similar product (only to be told they cant even help with the graphic so the t shirts are similar to original order) . This was a simple request that could have been handled over the phone in one call but they made ne wait 3 days before i was told NO graphics. If that is their rule, they should just state that on the phone instead of saying that they will get back to you? only for the answer to be no. So ridiculous!
