Despite a 30-min convo with the customer service agent in which I underscored repeatedly that I wanted someone to do a professional rendering of my very rough sketch concept, all they did was redraw mine with cleaner lines. He also advised me to buy a slightly costlier shirt because it would shrink less, but these are the smallest shirts I've ever seen. They won't fit any of us. Won't be using Custom Ink ever again.

Overall, we got everything we wanted, delivered with quality. The barrier at the beginning is a little bit of a barrier for exploring other shirts. For example, if I just want to put my production approved logo on say, a baby jumper, I have to go through another set of emails, rather than just choosing, pasting, and ordering.
