This was my first time using Custom Ink and I will definitely use it again. The website was very user friendly and I had no trouble designing and placing an order. I had a great experience with the customer service and was helped by Tabitha when I called in with questions. Overall, everything was great and we even received our order 3 days early on Christmas Eve.

I had a problem with some of the art I originally wanted to use for the pieces, but the Custom Ink support people were so nice and helpful that I wasn’t even upset about the original logo not working. I spoke to two people and I know one of them was named Jason, I don’t know the woman’s name I spoke to on the phone but she was extremely nice and made an effort to relate to me on a personal level to help me understand what was going on and how to fix it.
