Customer service is courteous and thorough. Honestly, probably one of your strongest areas. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was misinformed when I placed my original order. I was told that I can not use a specific font (Bullet) for the NUMBER on the back of the shirts. However, when I received a proof for a subsequent additional order I placed, I found that it was indeed possible (the Bullet font had been mistakenly applied to both the NAME and NUMBER). So I just wish that customer service reps are better informed on such things as I had to deviate from my original design/intention. It does give me pause for future orders.
