We ordered 30+ t-shirts for a large group trip. The website was very easy to use and I love the way you can share designs via email with others in your group. Also, the method of having each group member order their own with totals sent to group organizer, makes life much easier for the organizer. Each group member received an email, ordered the sizes desired and the organizer receives totals for the group as well as an email stating what each member ordered. Then the organizer simply hits the "place order" button when ready! Sooo easy. No counting, no mistakes! Also we had an issue with copyright infringement... Sounds scary! Customer service emailed me, had art dept rework design; called me to let me know art work was done and ready for my approval. Once I approved, production began and we still received our shirts AHEAD of schedule! Very impressed with customer service - Mark... Awesome job. Not only did he save the order from being canceled, he ensured returning customers! All handled in a speedy and professional manner.

I would have been ecstatic with everything involved in the process of developing, ordering and the quality of the product if it were not for the difference in color shades between the small sizes and the rest of the shirts. I am disappointed in that regard.

Overall, my experience was GREAT! I had the shirts being delivered to a school. However, the date of delivery changed to a date when the district was on break and no one would be there to receive the package. CustomInk was able to contact UPS and have the shipment re-routed to my home address. Their representatives were very courteous and helped me promptly. THANK YOU CustomInk!!! My students love their shirts.
