The shirts were great. Artwork was detailed, clear, and sized correctly, the shirts fit well, and the colors were all correct. Shipping was also faster than what I was quoted at, which was a nice surprise. I bounced between a few different customer service representatives trying to get my artwork finalized which added a day or two but all in all a completely painless process. I'll definitely be ordering from CustomInk again.

I ordered shirts for a thirteenth birthday party and had help from customer service to order correctly. Kathleen was the customer service agent who helped me with my order. She was excellent. I had no trouble ordering what I wanted with her help. This experience of ordering with CustomInk was less stressful than going into a store. Every detail was handled and the customer service agents checked in with me repeatedly to see if everything was correct. Great job! I will use CustomInk for every order in the future. Overall the experience was good. There were a few stumbles on the first order that caused me problems but mostly because the telephone people should refer someone to a sales agent instead of telling clients to call them. I had that and every time I called the telephone person couldn't come to the phone because they were with a client. finally had to take a different path and then things moved again.
