Customer service is exceptional. That's why we use custom ink! I wasn't as pleased with the quality of some of the products I chose to have printed. I wish the descriptions were a little better so we could discern the difference in thickness between brands. Maybe a thickness scale- irrespective of brand from thin to thick. We also wish there were more choices in heavy work wear jackets. Carhart is great- but there were only 2 choices... Dickies makes a great work jacket too.
