It was a bit odd that one person initially took the information then another 'closed the deal'. This caused me to have to verify information twice to be sure it was correct. Wasn't sure if this was a QC step added in the process. Extremely disappointed to find out that embroidery is done by third party - especially for hats. I was looking to add hats to products offered but you prices exceed that of polo shirt. Odd that I received an email to verify my order (during processing) but not a way to reply/confirm through the web site and that if I didn't call (no time frame specified) you'd move forward. This seems to be a mistake in your QC process. I would not be happy with an $750 order that had a mistake that I couldn't call in enough time to resolve.

good service, not happy with product

Overall it was good-biggest issue is that on re-orders for my client the price changes. I ordered over 100 shirts to start the program but on subsequent re-orders was informed the price will go up because the orders are smaller. It forced me to go to the source and bypass CustomInk.
Customer service was great. We had a rush order and that was meet which was a very helpful situation. However, we certainly paid well for that extra service.
