We loved the ease of using the Custom Ink Group Order form so that our school families could order the sizes and products that they wanted. The products offered are great quality, and the company was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we wanted.

Although you guys were't perfect I was very impressed by how easy it was to create, design and order t shirts, and the shirts came a week earlier than expected so that was awesome. It was a pleasant experience the whole ordering process and the website was user friendly in my opinion. It was cool that I made t shirts and had them ordered all within an hour, that was awesome. I guess overall I would say that when you're ordering something with a design, the only thing I think of is, "I wish I could see a preview of what the shirts will look like in person" so in order to simulate that impossible desire that I know many customers might have, I would suggest implementing an actual size blow up of your design. Like a picture that says, this is the actual size of your design on your shirt, and that would have helped a lot with my design because my writing was too small and there's no Time to send them back because we need them for an event. So there ya go, hope that helps.

I really enjoy working with Custom Ink, the customer service that is provided is top notch. The sales representative will talk to you about your product, make suggestions on how to improve the product, and make sure that the order meets your deadlines. I have ordered a couple of times through Custom Ink and I have never had a problem.
