I love how you have the option to live chat with someone when you have questions or need help. The girl I spoke with was incredibly helpful. I was a little disappointed that I had to purchase a minimum of six sweatshirts in order to get the one I wanted. However, the quality of the product made it well worth it.

I just want you to know that from the first time I ordered from you in 2008 (which was also a good experience, as well as the large order I placed last year) I have seen a ton of improvements.
