The website is easy to use and the customer chat/service was very good. Everyone was super helpful and patient. One critique is that the address is usually written wrong on the shipping notice and if I didn't check then it was have delivered to the wrong address.

Despite a minor hiccup with the logo permissions (a fault on my end, not theirs), the experience was relatively excellent. After the ball got rolling things were very fast - the only thing I did not like was that I was charged immediately after my order was placed, even though it was not printed or shipped for a while later. I would prefer to be charged once the design has been approved and the shirts are being printed.

Very user friendly site. I am not a tech savvy person, but found the process of ordering and designing very intuitive and simple. With so many graphics and only 1 week to my door I was very impressed by the speed of execution. The t-shirt quality was pretty mediocre, but I will know what not to select in the future.
