Honestly, the service and production quality is perfect. We were not sure that our design would turn out well, but the final-check that Custom Ink sent out assured us that our magnets would look great. I received numerous emails/calls when there was a bit of a mix up in my order, and Custom Ink was very organized and efficient and sent out the magnets as soon as possible!
