I had to go back and forth with customer support on trying to combine our orders. We wanted all of the shirts to share the same front design but only some of them were to have back designs. We ended up adding the personalization charge for each of the shirts with a back design but it would have been cheaper to get the total volume discount applied to each order of shirts (one with a front design, one with front and back).

Great response time. Awesome customer service. We couldn't be happier. I do have two mistakes on our order which are my fault not yours. Is there a way I can get an additional shipment of two t-shirts....I will need some artwork change--we spelled one name wrong and one is missing. I'd like to fix this for my students. Is that a big charge? Just checking. Again--THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
