Great customer service - I would have like to see the cart once I add stuff to the cart?. It was confusing to use the buy now and enter everyone but not be able to verify on screen after returning to the cart. I had added shirts to the buy now but they never got added to the cart I purchased (it?s my fault I didn?t notice on the verifying- I had checked the buy now numbers several times but never noticed the cart version was not the same numbers - I missed about 8 late ordered shirts on other orders with this order).

I was blown away by how fast the experience was and that I was regularly working with actual humans to get things done! I put in the initial order, got my proof pretty quickly, and realized that the version of our logo we used was just too detailed. Not CustomInk's fault, it's just that it wasn't going to translate well for embroidery. A real person helped me submit a simpler version and sent a new proof. I thought this was going to set our shipping time back a commensurate amount (as would have been totally reasonable) but even with that delay on our end we still got the order on the initial promised deadline. Great quality for the price and I was really pleased with the customer service start to finish.
