Can't remember the representative I met with recently in April 2024. However, I needed to change my shipping speed to expedited shipping for an upcoming walk. She was super calming, warm, and fun to talk with. I was having wifi issues and re-loading shipping arrangements were taking longer than expected. She was understanding and made our phone conversations relaxed--as if we already knew each other. Website is easy to navigate and fun to work with. Print quality was lacking though. Could have used more passes of color laydown. Fear the printing won't last through many washes before it loses color strength.

I had to ordered this 3 times. It was cancelled the first time without notice at all. The second time it was cancelled with a note that it was Military content. I assume due to it having the word Troop. It is a Boy Scout troop reference and we have multiple other orders with no issues. Even if Troop 44 0ld Men was alumni of a military troop, why would you ban that? I have made multiple orders and now I question if I ever will again.
