The website is easy to use, and the sweatshirts arrived within 2 weeks. I thought the sweatshirts were very soft, but will not stand up too well for washing. They are pilling a lot. Not on par with sweatshirts from Gap or Victoria's Secret Pink line. But of course, these are personalized. For the money spent, I would like a little higher quality. However, they looked beautiful on the first wear. For a gag-gift, they met our needs, quickly and efficiently.
