This was an incredible experience, and I will most definitely use CustomInk again. I've already spoken to friends and family about you guys, and your name will be on the tip of my tongue for a long time. I saw the commercial on TV one morning at the gym and checked out the website. It was clear and easy to follow, and fun to play around with. The ease of use was what made me go ahead with my idea - I ordered tshirts to announce the birth of our first child. Working with your customer service people and your design team, I was able to get the exact tshirt I had envisioned. There was a patented logo I wanted to use which was a little hiccup, but I was guided through the process by your customer service people and was able to get approval to use it. I've never been taken care of so well - both via email and on the phone. Even on sundays! On top of that, your customer service agent even proactively recommended something that brought my low cost even lower! I never once felt that the process was lagging or that it wasn't expedited. I even changed my mind about shipping at the last minute and you guys were able to accommodate me, and I can't put into words how much I appreciated that. This was an exceptional experience and I won't hesitate to do this again, or refer anyone that will listen to your website. Absolutely outstanding. On top of that, the cost per tshirt was unbeatable. The different products and vast selection available is amazing. The cost-per-tshirt can't be beat. I had logos, lettering and numbers on the front and back, all customized to my specs and there's no way I could shop around and find a tshirt with anything remotely similar or anywhere near the cost. This is the full package - low cost, great customer service, quick delivery. I'll be back!

Overall, a fantastic service! Great selection of clothing items, friendly phone representatives, and my t shirts were even delivered ahead of schedule.
