My experience with Custom Ink was great as always. My one suggestion to the company would be to find a way in the order process to include to colors of the same item. They are so great about combining the orders after the fact to reduce the cost per item, but it would be nice to submit the order in a way that includes both colors (same screen print) and adjusts the price accordingly. As it is often the store rep catches it and combines the orders for me, but this time I had to reach out and ask them to do it, which was a little tricky because I had a rep for each order and my local rep all emailing me. I sure do appreciate that they do their best to reduce our cost!

To be honest, I have ordered with you for years and this order was less than great. The new system you have to have licensed artwork approved is HORRIBLE. I had the VP of Marketing running all around to try to approve my artwork, which could only be done through some antiquated portal. I ended up getting my art work approved by having someone from the marketing team call and email you after begging several of your staff to let me do this initially.

The product quality and print is good. The website has customization options however it is not easy to mix and match multiple designs on a single order due to minimum quantity restrictions etc. I had to call a couple of times and request to add items to an existing order. The proof review process and update process is good. Customer support is helpful but needed a few attempts to get the right level of assistance and help for my order which I eventually received. I will use CustomInk again in future.
