The feedback between the product stages is what makes the difference for me. They were able to change a request after the original order was put through, they helped save me money also by suggesting a color correction, and they were very transparent.

There was an issue with the color photo that I wanted to include on our shirts. Staff was very responsive and got back to me the night I placed the order to let me know of the issue! Even with this setback of having to redesign the image on the shirts, there were no delays in getting them to me on time. The black & white image wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped, but overall the great customer service prevailed and I am a satisfied customer. A+++
