Absolutely the BEST customer service experience I have ever had. From answering questions prior to the placement of the order to ensuring the final order was received on-time, I received nothing but a quality experience. My rep, Cathy Rodriguez, was amazing in explaining the screen printing process. I initially called the 1-800 number and after speaking with her, she followed up via email for any subsequent questions and included her direct number and email address. When I was ready to place my final order, she happened to be on vacation, but that didn't stop her. She ensured that my questions were answered by another team member and email me to notify me that another representative would assist me. My order arrived a week ahead of schedule and the quality of the product and screen was exceptional. I plan to use and refer customink.com in the future.
