I'm usually hesitant to use a larger company because it is typically difficult to get in contact with someone to help you. I was BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful my customer experience was. Zachary I was the MVP and literally held my hand through the entire process. He was absolutely amazing and he did a wonderful job explaining things to me and providing me with options. I would not have been able to accomplish this without him. The shirts came out EXACTLY as I had hoped. Your group order form is the greatest thing you have created. It allows the purchasing and delivery of shirts to large groups to be effortless for a small business. I would definitely use Custom Ink again.

Everyone o dealt with was extremely helpful and when they noticed i had two orders, they combined and refunded me the difference. I realize they did not have to even let me know this was an option and as a customer; i sincerely appreciate it and BECAUSE of it not only am i inclined to give this review- but I’m more likely to reorder sooner. Overall, I had a great experience with Custom Ink! One thing that really wowed me was the fact that I was personally reached out to (both via text and email) in regards to ensuring I approved the design before printing which I didn't expect. They are truly committed to making sure the design is finished and the product is sent to you as soon as possible which I appreciate. The actual product was excellent quality too. The only thing I didn't love was the constant reminder emails that something was in my cart, but not purchased. I was very aware of that fact and was waiting for certain approval before purchasing and didn't necessarily need my inbox to be flooded with daily reminders that I hadn't completed my order.
