I was honestly blown away by CustomInk's customer service. I received a phone call the day after I placed my order from a very personable representative from CustomInk who told me that the colors I chose for our design didn't look like they were going to show up well on the sweatshirt we chose. She gave me two alternative ideas, and immediately sent email proofs to me to decide which I liked better. I was so surprised to get a personal phone call from someone who seemed to truly care about how the product turned out! Then I received a confirmation email, and since I had an "out of office" message up, I got a follow-up personalized email telling me not to worry if I didn't receive the email - that the order would be processed anyway without delay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and personal treatment! You obviously run a great company with caring employees!

Customer service was prompt and courteous. Five stars on turnaround time, I was trying to get my order by the week before Christmas and they did an excellent job getting everything together and out to me on time. Packaging was very thorough and professional. I'm not altogether thrilled with the end product, but a lot of that has to do with the sizing on the hoodies. I wish it was something you could try on before buying. Jerzees have big arms and are very oversized-particularly at the larger end with XL and 2x. Definitely sized for big men and not unisex.

I had a great experience with the customer service representative. I explained what I wanted to print on a hoodie and she provided the artistic ideas. Also, throughout the process she was easily available by email. I love the hoodie. It is very soft.

The staff was cordial, helpful and always willing to help. I wish the communication between the college licensor and customink was quicker but everyone did whatever they could. I hope that the group order form becomes more explicit that the estimate is not an estimate but the precise number of items being bought so the customer doesn't need to cancel the form.
