About this campaign
Did you know that currently in the U.S., 1 in 3 children, or roughly 32.8%, are born by cesarean? ICAN seeks to promote the lowering of the cesarean rate as recommended by health organization watch dogs by offering support, education, and advocacy to birthing women.

ICAN has made such a wonderful impact in my life glad to support the cause :)
I had 2 UNNECESSARY c-sections with my daughters. First was a failure for the doctor to wait, and the second because I was told it was too soon to VBAC. I know better now, and I want to spread the word! Hoping for a VBA2C with baby #3!
As a mom who was treated terribly and given an unnecessary c-section, and then fought to attempt a vbac, I want all women and all providers to know that this doesn't have to be the norm. That women aren't broken. That women CAN birth their babies!
Every woman deserves a chance to have a normal, vaginal birth! I'm supporting this campaign because I believe in empowering mothers to take back their births.
