Keeping your order on schedule
At Custom Ink, every delivery date comes with a guarantee. Here are a few important things you can do to help keep it on schedule.
Please respond promptly to calls or emails from us.
Our artists will carefully review your design for typos and any art issues. Before we start your order, we will contact you.
Changes to your order can be made if we haven't started printing it.
We want your order to be perfect! If your order hasn't started printing yet, we can make changes — but please note that updates may impact your delivery date and pricing. Once your items are in production, we can no longer make adjustments. If your order has not proceeded to the printing stage, our customer service team will be happy to assist you!
Opt-in for SMS text messages.
When placing your order, you may opt-in to receive SMS text messages for urgent questions about your order. We will not charge to send text messages, but standard message rates and data charges from your carrier may apply. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan and costs.
