The web explanation about the printing in front and back was confusing, I wanted to hear that the printing was going to be on each side of the canopy. The customer service that Custom Ink provides is AMAZING. My soccer jersey order required customer service to contact me about a possible trademark infringement and the customer service rep came up with a wonderful alternative. She was also patient as I needed to adjust a couple of numbers and names on the back of the jerseys after I had already submitted my list.
