The Ragin' Gaigeans! by GaigeRage - almost 2 years ago

The Ragin' Gaigeans! T-Shirt Photo

"Last year as a staff we ordered 12 shirts for our Resident Assistant training at Millersville University. We were very pleased with the shirts we have received so we decided to order shirts again this year for RA training. In this photo, we are all standing together at a training session at the University's Ropes Course. Here we worked as a team and the shirts brought us together even more as a whole. Complete with names and our corresponding floor numbers on the back, we were more united than ever. With these shirts we were the envy of the other staffs and we will definitely order again in the future!"

Let The Good Times Roll! T-Shirt Photo

"I designed this shirt to commemorate my new longboard. They both were delivered on the same day (8/24/12). I was so excited I had to take a picture in my hallway mirror. CustomInk was great. The designing process was straight forward and had so many options to prevent my creativity and vision from being limited."

5-Guys Birthday Party by Dean, Marv, Eric, Pat, Jon - almost 2 years ago

5 Guys Birthday Party T-Shirt Photo

"We planned a party to celebrate 5 special birthdays in the same family. From left to right, Dean and Marv are turning 80 this year and Eric, Pat & Jon are all turning 50. The CustomInk website was easy to use and offered a wide variety of shirts, graphics, & fonts. The CustomInk team did a great job of getting our order shipped to us in a hurry. The shirts look great, and they are very good quality. Everybody LOVED the shirts, and at such a big gathering, they made the birthday boys easier to find. Thank you for everything!"

Mud and Mire Miracles by Sandra Sievert - almost 2 years ago

Mud And Mire Miracles T-Shirt Photo

"This is the Mud and Mire Miracle team which participated in the "I Am Strong" Mudventure race on August 18th in Bettendorf, Iowa. The race was sponsored by the Junior League of the Quad Cities to promote women's health and fitness and raise money for local charities. There were 200 participants for this 1st year mudventure event featuring 3.1 miles of challenges and checkpoints. Our team used Psalm 40:1-2 as a theme: "I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand," which was printed on the back of our shirts. CustomInk was great to work with. This is my family's second experience of ordering custom shirts for events from you. On each occasion shortly after submitting an order we received a personal phone call from a representative who gave input and suggestions for improvement. In both cases the shirt orders were delivered ahead of schedule. The sizing information provided with each product saves alot of headaches and questions. All our sizes were accurate. Thank you for being so easy to work with!"

"This is our team for the Walk for Lupus in Napervile, Illinois on Aug. 18th, 2012. I have been doing the walk for 5 years. This year my daughters selected a new name which required creative new t-shirts that stoof out from the rest. This was our most successful walk as a team! The folks at Custom ink were friendly and even donated to our cause :)"

Thank you! by Jenks Guard - almost 2 years ago

Thank You! T-Shirt Photo

"I wanted to send an email to let you know how amazing your staff and company are. This was my first time dealing with CustomInk and I could not be more happy with the products you provided. More importantly, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. Every time I called to speak with someone, which was often, EVERY person I talked to was beyond helpful, polite, and genuinely cared about my order....this is so rare in companies these days! There was a slight glitch with my t-shirt order when we received the wrong type of t-shirt and the design was not perfectly centered as it was in the proof I approved. I was heartbroken when I opened the box because my students were really looking forward to having such a great shirt. I decided to call CustomInk and see what could be done about the problem and hoped you all would be as polite and helpful as in the past but prepared for the worst because most companies are not as helpful when there's a mistake. What happened next made me a CustomInk-er for life! Not only was the person I talked to on the phone extremely helpful, he also apologized for the mistake, fixed the problem and got the new shirts to me quickly, did not charge me any extra to fix the problem, AND provided me with a $50 voucher for next time because of the mistake! This kind of customer service is practically nonexistent anymore! I cannot thank CustomInk enough for all your hard work and dedication to the customer. Your attention to detail, personal customer care, and willingness to fix the problem (should it occur) is appreciated more than you realize. Attached are 2 pictures of my students wearing their new CustomInk t-shirts. I know it isn't much but we really wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on your team for taking the time to make things right and make sure we were taken care of. Thank you from the Jenks Guard in Jenks, Oklahoma!!!"
