BindTech Accounting Dept. - We Count!

I purchased one of these and ahtacted it to my wsm. It worked awesome the first 3 times i used it. I decided to take it to a kcbs competition to use. I turned it on and went to prepare some meat. when i cam back it was 80 degrees higher than i had set it (according to my 2 maverick probes and the temp gauge on the wsm). I believe the probe broke. I contacted the maker for a replacement probe since it has a 90 day warranty. I was told there was no way it could have been broken and to test it by putting in the oven. I did that and took video. It was still saying temp was low. I sent the video to the maker and they told me that my oven must not be running at the right temp. If you plan to buy this to use once, go ahead. If you plan to use it a lot or would like good customer service from a maker buy something else
